Woods Holiday Lets offers comfortable pet friendly accommodation for short to mid-term stays. Our 3-bedroom house sleeps 6, and our 4-bedroom house with a jacuzzi hot tub and 2.5 bathrooms sleeps 8. Situated near an ancient woodland on the Trans-Pennine Trail, we provide the perfect base for getaways, business trips, and temporary housing.

      Poppy House - Sleeps 6

      Price includes linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials and cleaning fee. Check in is 3pm / Check out is 11am.

      1 night only

      From £100 per night

      Early check in / late check out  may be available on request - £10 per hour.

      2 - 6 nights

      From £75 per night

      Early check in / late check out may be available on request - £5 per hour.

      7 nights or more

      From £65 per night

      Early check in / late check out may be available on request at no extra charge.

      Rose House - Sleeps 8

      Price includes linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials and cleaning fee.

      1 night only

      From £300 per night

      Early check in / late check out may be available on request - £15 per hour.

      2 - 6 nights

      From £200 per night

      Early check in / late check out may be available on request - £10 per hour.

      7 nights +

      From £180 per night

      Early check in / late check out may be available on request at no extra charge.

      A security deposit may be required. We do not accept bookings for Hen / Stag parties.
